The shoe fits about a half size large, and since there aren't laces, there isn't a whole lot to do. I ended up adding shoe inserts, as the cushions in these shoes are pretty non-existent. The top edge of the shoe (which touches the ankle) is a little sharp to start, but will likely soften with a couple days of use. These shoes have pretty good traction for dress shoes.Overall, this is a pretty decent shoe.

I enjoy the style.Consertaive and "Funky" at the same time.I would order a half size smaller next time but overall,As soon as I received them.Very comfortable .No complaints.
