They fit great! The durability is lacking, as the covering of the shoe can be easily scrapped away if you get caught in something, and is very noticeable once its gone. They lasted about 8 months of heavy use before I swapped them out for another pair, as the bottom went flat.And yes, they are water proof!Hot oil proof as well! I spilled some right on the top of shoe and didnt get touched!

The shoe is comfortable and looks nice, but seemed smaller than most others the same "size". I work in a restaurant and walk on slippery wet tile floors all day. This shoe has caused me to slip many times. Since I am used to shoes that do not slip it has caught me off guard and I've nearly fallen. I would not suggest this shoe as a wet-environment shoe

Had another pair that was almost identical, had A rubber front up on the toe box and I tripped all the time. THIS PAIR does not have that extra rubber and they are wonderful that is why I love them shoes!!
