This shoe works great for my Business Casual work environment. Feet are not tired after being in them all day. They are dressy enough to wear a tie with, and casual enough to take out on a date.

I bought these shoes because I needed a pair of casual shoes. I previously bought a pair of Dear Stags. I like these shoes but they're not what I expected. I wanted something light and relaxed. These shoes are heavy, almost like work shoes. Even so they are comfortable. I will wear them during the day but no way could I wear them for a casual evening out.

This shoe is in fact synthetic (which I wanted) leather. The sole is comfortable enough to be on your feet all day. It can get a bit hot, but that is to be expected if you look at the design. I recommend it.
