I actually tracked this slipper down on the internet. I have always bought this slippr (still have the older style in white, black, dark green, pink and blue)and love it so much that I stock pile them. When I begun to run low I tried to find them in Toronto and couldn't find them anywhere. They are comfy, easily cleaned in the washer and dryer so they last forever, and thru this website they are affordable. I now have 6 pairs of white and 2 of black and think they'll outlive me. Thanks for making these slippers.

From the picture of the Dearfoam slippers, it looked as though they had brought back the elasticized strip insert extending it to the full length of the slipper, which held the slipper snug to the foot but allowed freedom of movement. Unfortunately, the strip was only satin-like piece of fabric. The shoes slip on your foot, and it's a constant struggle to keep on, making walking an endeavor in foot exercise. TOO BAD!

I purchased these because I had the same kind many years agoand loved them. Now they have no style to them and the size was not true although they are soft. They just don't have the true cut out like before.
