I ordered a size 11, which is about as big as my foot gets in any shoe. With these, I think I need a 12. Because the gel inserts are placed at an angle, you lose about 1/4" to 1/2" of actual footbed making the back of your heel sit on the edge of the sandal, when your heel should be centered in back. Basically, they are a size too small and feel smaller than marked.
