A classic shoe. It's all I figured it would be. However, I wear a 10, and normally in 10 shoes I have ample space between the tip of my big toe and the end of the shoe so that when I stand in a sandal, my toe does not extend beyond the end of the sole. My toe extends about 1/8" beyond the sole of this shoe, so I suggest that it runs a little small. Nevertheless, it's nice to have stylish, feminine shoe with a reasonable heel. I wish I could find more pretty shoes with a mid-heel.
