My husband was very pleased with the quality. The look and feel of the leather is great and the bag is roomy enough to carry everything he has to travel with for work. The one thing he felt would be an improvement is if the shoulder strap were a bit wider. When the bag is full it would probably stay and feel more secure on the shoulder if the strap were wider.
