Darn tough micro crew review

I found the fit of this sock not to my liking. I have some other models in small and they were a bit tight. So on this model I went with a medium and they tend to bunch a little in the center of the foot. I did find the quality of the socks to be very good.

Quite accidentally I bought my first pair of these socks, on sale, at a very high end outdoorsy store. They were absolutely great - comfy and cushy on the sole yet not so thick that they wouldn't fit in my regular shoes. They offer great support, keep my feet warm and dry, and haven't shown any wear spots after numerous wearings and washings. I love the color schemes too - no more dull and dreary socks that stand up to outdoor weather and activities!!

This is a well made sock, superior quality and styling. I like the snug fit and the cushioning which makes them very comfortable in a shoe. My only objection and therefore the 4 stars, is that the band on top of the ankle is too tighly woven, leaving an impression and mildly cutting circulation. I deal with that by not wearing these all day, just for shorter walks.
