Dislikes: Rubbed leg at top of boot for sometime near back, but other than that, I have really enjoyed my Danner's. Needed some break in. Likes:I have hiked with them and worn them working outdoors, clearing fallen trees. No leakage, good foot support in rough terrain, good protection. I do have foot issues, so I add a 3/4" orthotic. Would I buy them again? Yes, with no hesitation.

Its so difficult buying shoes when you can't try them on...so you read reviews and go from there. This is a terrific shoe,very well made with excellent detail. Pretty much wore them right out of the box. Very comfortable, great support. I jumped up a size to allow for a thicker sock and more "toe" room...it was the right choice. As others wrote it could use a heartier lace but thats not a deal breaker for me. Work for a worldwide delivery company (the guys in brown) very satisfied !

Comfortable right out of the box. I wear this boot everyday for work. The boot holds up well and the gortex keeps my feet dry.
