They are very comfortable. However, I wear a 7.5 narrow and had to return the first pair. I ended up with an 8 medium.

I pinch pennies all the time, but not with my slippers. Daniel Greens wear like iron, so I spend a little more - they last longer than most. While they do seem to run a little short, I buy my regular size...the soft leather stretches just a bit for a perfect fit.
Wears this shoe: I wear these whenever I am home.

These do not feel narrow and are slipping off my feet without wearing socks. They are nice looking though. Not for a truly narrow foot.

Ordered the Daniel Green slippers for my 90 year old mother for several reasons. The first reason is that she always liked Daniel Greens, the ease with just sliding on and the wedge styling. Can't find these slippers in stores anywhere. We had to go with a wide because even though she is only 95 lbs., her feet are swollen due to water retention. She is so pleased to finally have her good old Daniel Greens again. Didn't have a big variety to choose from in wide but they have certainly met her needs. Pleased all around!

These slippers are synthetic material and not very comfortable. They are also narrower than expected. I really should have returned them. I've had Daniel Green leather slippers in the past that I did like.
