Hoping to have a handy watch to hang from a belt loop, this watch disappoints. It is heavy and bulky. The outer bezel ring does not move, thus it serves no purpose. Unfortunatley, this watch is more about presenting a certain look, without providing a good alternative to a wrist watch when roughing it outside.

I like the idea of having a way to start a camp fire without having to build a bow and drill. I have been helping start the camp fire since I was a kid, then in the Army and now as an older adult. I also teach the children how to use the hands on the watch to determine direction of travel. One overlooked item is the very glossy screw down crown. It, probably can be seen for miles in the air and here in the Mountains of Tennessee, in an emergency situation.Thanks for a great training tool, and emergency tool.

I bought this watch for my 11 yr old son and his best friend for Christmas. They both love the features: magnifying glass (to start a fire), compass (find your way home from survival adventures), flashlight, and the clip onto your belt-loop, which I love. It makes the watch less likely to get dings than a wrist watch, and hard to lose! And, oh yeah, it tells time! It's a great value for the price.

I always wear a "belt loop" watch since I work construction and always break a wrist watch. This one is clear, easy to read and the built in flash light is a nice extra.

I love this watch. It is really heavy duty and durable, and keeps time very accurately. I take it everywhere I go and it does exactly what I want it to do, tell time accurately without messing up.
