Precision time is achieved by the watch's built-in receiver that tunes in daily to the National Institute of Standards and Technology's Atomic Clock in Boulder, Colorado.

This watch keeps great time. Just go out on my front porch aim the watch west push the recieve button and wait for the signal to come threw.
