I ordered 2 pairs of Heavy Duty Spencoe's when I ordered this pair of Flow Warm Insoles and I definitely prefer the Heavy Duty ones as they have so much more cushioning.I ordered these to go in my winter boots but again I prefer the Heavy Duty model and I think they are every bit as warm,

Spenco Orthotic Arch Supports 3/4 Length
No good if you need rigid arch support

I ordered a pair of these Spenco orthotic arch supports after reading all the great reviews. What a disappointment! I don't know if they've changed the design recently, but the plastic arch support is so soft and flexible you can squash it flat with your hands. It goes without saying then, that when you put your full body weight on it, it flattens out completely, meaning there's virtually no arch support at all. If you have low arches or flat feet, my advice is to look elsewhere for an orthotic with more rigid arch support.

I've tried numerous insoles, and am most happy with this product! I'm young, and have been dealing with terrible foot pain for too long. I've ordered a pair of these insoles for every sneaker, shoe, and boot that I own. I can finally walk day and night and not have to worry about collapsing at the end of the day from foot pain!

First, know that I am ordering a second pair. Second, these insoles are not SUPER cushy, but they are certainly adequately cushioned. In addition, they stay in place in the Birkies I am wearing them with; and finally, I fully expect them to enhance the Birkenstocks I have on order (which will have their own built-in arch supports.) I am so far very please with them.
