Cushioned shoes, or neutral cushioning shoes, are shoes designed for runners with normal to high arches who tend to underpronate. Cushioning shoes generally have a padded midsole with layers of extra cushioning in the heel and forefoot that provide better energy return to the body when compressed while helping absorb heel shock and encouraging a more natural foot motion.

I have difficulty finding a shoe to fit my wider top half narrow at ankle and high arch feet. This shoe will do,but it needs breaking in. I prefer the fit of the Ryka Studio Flex, felt comfortable right away.

I've never owned K-Swiss before so I decided to give them a try. This is a great looking shoe with navy, lime green and white! I usually like to wear new sneakers around the house to see how they feel. They are very comfortable when I first put them on, however they didn't feel quite right after some wear. They just don't have enough arch support for me. I was really bummed.
New Balance M1080v2 Looking for a 1123 Replacement

Bought these to replace my nearly warned out 1123's since New Balance decided to remove the 1123 from it's line and replace it with the new 1150 model. After reviewing the 1150 online and seeing that it's design would nail my bunion on left foot I and after reading a number poor reviews on the 1150, I found the M1080v2 model that seemed to have the same mesh as the 1123 where my bunion is. Luck was with me because it does fit the same. I'm not crazy about the color but that's the least of my worries. I haven't had them long enough to really know how they goes to be, but after a few months I'll have that answer. I sure wish they would not have dropped the 1123 model which I've been buying wearing for a number of years but that's how the how the cookie crumbles.

Ryka Endure XT 2 Good shoe

Got the shoe for step aerobics. I do 80 minutes a day with lunges off of the box in one of the workouts. The shoe works well, but I had to loosen up the laces at the front of the shoe where the leather v's are. Until I did that, I thought I was going to have to return them they hurt so much halfway through my workout. Now I have no problems. The footbed of the shoe is the right width but I have a high instep and those leather v's were pushing the top of my foot together too much.
