I wear them with long pants, the heels are just high enough to keep my jeans from dragging on the floor. They are cut high enough on the instep to keep them on my skinny feet however they are just a tad too short for my toes to be comfortable. The next size would be too long so I just wear them for short periods.

This shoe comes in Euro sizes and wish shoes were stated as such. Couldn't get my foot into a 10, ordered a 42W and is the most comfortable shoe I own!
