I purchased this shoe to use to walk on the beach and in the water. My beach has a lot of shells and rocks, and my feet need protection. This shoe is made about a sizer larger than your normal size. It's a great fit and is very comfortable.I'd recommend it to a friend.

I needed a shoe I could wear to snorkle and have narrow feet(AA-AAA). The shoes were wider than I would have liked but probably true to medium. They did stay on while in the water without adding any insoles and provided good protection on the rocks. When I injured my foot later, they were great to walk in because of that extra room.
