Terrifically comfortable shoes--dorky looking February 12, 2013

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I am a woman and I have wide feet which are made even wider with a bunion. I can't afford to cramp my toe area at all because I also have a Morton's Neurom (entrapped metatarsal nerve) that is the result of wearing shoes that are too narrow. I usually wear a 9 1/2 women's size in a wide if I can find it. For these, I ordered a men's 7 1/2 in XXW. They are wonderfully roomy. I could have gotten away with an XW, but I'm not minding the freedom at all. They are my go to shoe that I wear when I want to give my feet a treat. They are very well designed and constructed. Ample cushioning, but more important is the real arch support they give. I do believe that Crocs are designed so that the heel sits a bit lower than the ball of the foot. When I'm wearing these, I feel my weight being redistributed away from my painful metatarsal area and large toe bunion. So they are really supportive and helpful to me. On the other hand, they are pretty ugly. I happen to like funky looking things, so I can live with the "esthetic" of the shoe. Especially since they are so comfortable and seem to do good things for my feet. I only wish Crocs make a wider range of styles (beyond the bubble gum colored clogs and flip flops) I'd buy anything they'd made that could work in a winter environment. Very happy with these shoes.

Truly walking on a CLOUD January 18, 2013

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width This was my first purchase of Crocs ... I have a WIDE foot with an extremely high instep so I didn't think they would fit until I stumbled across the CrocsRX on ShoeBuy ... I received them and struggled with getting the shoe form out of the shoe but once I put them on my feet I was walking on a CLOUD ! ... OMG, soooo comfortable ... I floated to my computer to order MORE, but that's when I came crashing back to Earth ... ZERO ... I'm hoping they get more back, but being 50% off I'm thinking they wont be back ...

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width The only thing is that they have straps that are a bit difficult to get on. Other than that, they feel great. I can't go barefooted and so these are great to wear around to protect my feet. For the record, I have short, wide feet; am typically a 6.5 or a 7 wide and got these in a 4.5/6.5 wide. They do not run large so they just fit.

Too boxy too look nice... December 02, 2012

Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked These shoes are HUGE. Even if they are the right size and fit you, they are so huge they just look like you are wearing clown shoes. If you already have big feet as it is, you don't want to be seen in these. They do seem sturdier than regular crocs, but still lack any level of style as far as appearance goes. Also, the shoe bed was wide enough for my orthotic, but not long enough, strange.
