The Crocs™ Specialist Vent, work shoes that let your feet breathe. With an increased metatarsal area, this clog offers additional protection for the top of your foot. A croslite™ footbed, closed heel and raised edging around the portals make this the perfect shoe for work. New professional styling creates the ultimate comfort shoe for the workplace. Designed to meet workplace standards with a closed heel. Exclusive croslite™ material conforms to foot creating a custom fit. Supportive arch and footbed circulation nubs ensure all-day comfort. Side ventilation ports promote airflow and are inset to protect foot from spills. Thicker metatarsal area helps protect the top of the foot. Loose fit allows foot to bend and expand naturally. Odor resistant and bacteriostatic. Simply sterilize and clean in water and bleach.

Fit: This is a UNISEX style. However, all sizes are equal to MEN'S SIZES. If you would like to purchase a Women's size, please subtract 2 from your normal shoesize. For example, if you wear a women's size 8, please choose a size 6 from the menu. Refer to the 'See Size Chart' link for more information.

Love these crocs. Am on my feet a lot at work in a doctor office setting and have tried numerous good support shoes but these are like not wearing shoes but yet my legs aren't nearly as tired as they used to be. May be just slightly wide but no problem staying on with the back strap. The side vents make them cool too. Would definitely purchase again.

Feels like walking on clouds, and the air holes are great. I hate wearing shoes, especially when its 120 degrees out. These are like walking on clouds, very roomy for my toes. (hate squished toes)and the air holes let plenty of air in to let my toes breathe. Flip flops and sandals don't stay on my feet when I walk so the axtra height on the back make these shoes perfect for me.

I bought this and several other Crocs but would not again. The bottom sole is too hard. I am a nurse so I am on my feet for many hours and the bottoms of my feet are very sore by the end of the day, especially my heel.

This shoe is super fantastic. I bought them for summer wear. I had foot surgery recently and I am able to continue to wear them while recuperating. I am a Health Care Consultant working with Daycares, so I do a lot of walking. Very comfortable shoe.
