The fit seemed to be very true to size. I felt that these would be good for summer because they are very open and would be cool. Wears this shoe: My granddaughter wears them when the weather is warmer.

The only negative to the shoe was that my daughter managed to get a small cut on the arch of her foot from the inside of the shoe where the strap is connected. Nothing a bandaid couldn't fix.
