The Islander was my first pair of crocs, and I absolutely LOVED them, only to find out they are discontinued. I don't feel the open heeled croc is as comfortable, and I can get a sandal style shoe anywhere. The Islander can be worn with or without socks, and the tie made it almost appear as a sneaker, only cuter. I am truly disappointed these were discontinued, as I have gotten numerous compliments and requests of where to find them.

I bout my croc islanders 4 years ago. I wear them all the time and they are the only shoe I use at the beach and out on the boat. I have since worn the soles out on mine. I am looking to buy another pair and it seems they have been discontinued. I am so depressed. If I would have know that I would have bout 5 pair for the next 20 years. They were/are excellent shoes especially if you are in and out of the water all the time. and very, very comfortable!
