Great Shoes August 03, 2012

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width
I love these shoes. Originally bought them for work, but now I am keeping them for dress shoes as I usually walk when going out to dinner. I have spurs in my heels and I can wear these shoes all day working in Administration in an Aged Care Service. I now own Crocs Lavender for work and have found them equally as good.

Wish Crocs had half sizes! May give it a chance... January 14, 2011
Reviewer: R from San Diego, CA
Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width
I did a lot of research and read on the Crocs site reviews that the "Ginger" shoe was generally comfortable, but ran a bit small. I did a lot of research on these shoes, as I work in retail and am on my feet for 4-6 hours a day. I really wanted to get something fashionable but comfortable. Because I had an arch injury years ago, I can't wear flat ballet shoes, and my job won't allow sneakers: so was excited to discover this shoe, which does indeed have good arch support.Well, it seems pretty good, except the angle of the wedge forces my foot forward. And my toes are smashed against the front toe box/so it feels too small. I'm a true 8 medium, and didn't want to get a size larger because then it would have been too loose, sloshing around on my feet. So, I guess I'm stuck with trying to use some liquid shoe stretch and break them in a bit. Unfortunately I don't feel like I can return them, as I needed to wear them to break them in. But I don't know if it will get much better, and they just seem generally uncomfortable. If I worked an office/desk job, it would be fine. But for walking a lot, nursing, retail, or waitressing where you're on your feet all day: I would NOT recommend this shoe.If Crocs made half sizes, the problem would be solved. Perhaps for some ladies who WERE already a half size, it worked out fine to go a half size up: and they didn't complain. But for someone like me, a true size 8: going up a full size up is not a good solution to fix the toebox.
Wears this shoe: At work/on my feet all day!
