The Crocs™ name proudly displayed on the side of these clogs for men and women makes a splashy statement while providing increased ventilation. The ventilation holes on the top of your clogs allow you to personalize them with Jibbitz™ shoe charms. Crocs™ Baya are made of Crocs' innovative Croslite™ material. This material makes these easy slip-on shoes ergonomic. The footbed conforms to your foot creating a custom fit with increased arch support. For added comfort when you're on your feet all day, Crocs™ Baya have circulation nubs incorporated into the footbed to stimulate blood flow. The loose fit of these clogs allows your feet to bend and expand naturally reducing fatigue.

Fit: This is a UNISEX style. However, all sizes are equal to MEN'S SIZES. If you would like to purchase a Women's size, please subtract 2 from your normal shoesize. For example, if you wear a women's size 8, please choose a size 6 from the menu. Refer to the 'See Size Chart' link for more information.

I really like the Baya line of Crocs. The sizing is better than the S/M/L combinations that they are using on the Beach line. Much easier to get a close fit. Also love the graphite color. I wear them everywhere!
