Signature Mario Batali edition available for kitchen aficionados in classic orange color. Heel strap sports raised Mario Batali signature and iconic Batali Otto flowers. Designed specifically for those in the food service, hospitality and health care industries. Crocs Lock™ tread exceeds industry slip resistance standards on oil, water, soap and a wide variety of slippery surfaces as tested to ASTM F1677 standards.* Enclosed design and thicker metatarsal area help protect foot from kitchen spills. Made with croslite™ material conforms to foot creating custom fit. Simply clean with soap and water. *Certain Crocs™ Work shoes have been independently tested at Intertek lab following the ASTM F1677 testing standards, using the Mark II machine. When tested on quarry tile commonly found in restaurants, Crocs Lock™ tread was found to be slip-resistant under certain wet, dry, soapy, oily, and greasy conditions. The numbers above, selected by Crocs, Inc. engineering, are a representation of average & median scores from a controlled sample of tests conducted at Intertek labs. No shoe is 100% slip-resistant and test results may vary under different conditions.

Fit: This is a UNISEX style. However, all sizes are equal to MEN'S SIZES. If you would like to purchase a Women's size, please subtract 2 from your normal shoesize. A bit hard but i have post op complications February 26, 2013

I like the style, the grips on the bottom of shoe, it appears to be a solid construction. I am post op for morton' s neuromas. These crocs feel hard to the ball of my foot as compared to the cheap ten dollar knock offs you can buy at a Harmon or Cvs per se so I give a 4. But for my normal foot it feels fine. These are still good to place your orthodics into post op as well or if you have foot problems. Roomy for healing. Great if your feet swell.

Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked
Shoe fits a bit larger than some but it is a man's shoe and I bought it for the roomy-ness.Very comfortable but I went for a walk in them and then it wasn't as comfortbale. That's why I gave it a 4.

The oil skid restant panels in the soles are probably a must for heavy use kitchens in restaurants. I bought them because they are orange and I can wear them to friends houses when Auburn is playing. :) Seriously, they are well designed shoes and feel great to wear.
