I needed a flat brown shoe so I decided on Crocs. The right shoe is very comfortable; however the ribbit on the left shoe strap on the inside of the shoe is painful against my foot. I have to wear a bandage to cushion that part of my foot. I am hoping that after a few more wears this problem will go away.

The Crocs Alice is simple to throw on, with decent traction, and strikes a good balance between style and function. I wish the Alice had more arch support, but I can walk across town on an errand and back wearing this shoe without killing my picky little feet, so it's all good.

I own this pair as well as the Croc Malindi, and this one is great, but I prefer the Malindi a little bit more. This shoe fits a little bit narrower than the other, so at first it was an adjustment walking on the narrow instep. It looks good though and maybe looks a little more dressier than the Malindi because of the strap. I would buy this shoe again.
