Product Description (Men's Converse Work Stealth Swat 9" Sport Boot)

The Stealth Swat 9" Sport Boot is an assault boot with a removable dual density polyurethane cushion insert, a side zipper and a shock eliminator heel plug. The duel density outsole features an EVA cushion midsole and a Mountain Trail rubber bottom. A composite toe securely protects the foot while remaining light weight and will not conduct heat, cold, or electricity. Composit toe meets or exceeds te ASTM F2413-05 standard for protective footwear. The shoe is 100% non-metallic and airport friendly.

I've had the boots for 2 weeks and they are great so far, zipper seems real sturdy unlike other boots I've owned. Which often times is the first thing to go on side zip boots. I've been in law enforcement in NYC for 5 years and these boots satisfy all the department requirements. Plus even though it's composite toe it's very comfortable I am on my feet for most of my regular 8 hour tours which usually turn to 12s.
