This is the lightest weight work shoe I've ever earned. They are very comfortable. I walked for 6 hours in them the 1st day and did not even develop a blister.

My last pair of safety-toe boots were the: Men'sConverse Work Puncture Resistant 6" Sport Boot. I LoVED those (read my review). Based on THAT purchase, I decided to get this "Sport Hiker" for a sportier look and feel. Honestly, it's not my favorite. They are very wide and roomy, so that's great. But... they're almost TOO WIDE for me. When I tie the shoelaces tight, the boot "bunches up" in the middle and then they just look kinda goofy. The soles just don't seem to last as long. If you're choosing between these two particular Converseboots, go with the "Sport Boot" instead of the "Sport Hiker". Even though it's a bit more expensive, it's WELL WORTH IT.
Wears this shoe: 11-12 hour work shift. FedEx road driver. On my feet for +/- 3 of those hours.
