Product Description (Men's Converse Work C4333)
This internal met guard sport hiker features Tailex lining, a Removable EVA Cushion Insert with Sponge Rubber Heel Wedge insole, and a Dual Density; EVA CUshion Midsole and Rubber Outdoor Traction Bottom with External Shank Stabilizer and PU Cushion Heel Pillow. Is 100% Non-Metallic.
Features a composite toe cap which is made from a non-ferrous elastomeric material. This material is also light weight and will not conduct heat or electricity. Composite toes meet or exceed ASTM F2413-05 Standard for protective footwear.
The shoe also incorporates a special lug design on the bottom of the shoes' sole to provide improved traction on grass covered outdoor surfaces.
Also Flex-Met metatarsal guard with is an anatomically shaped appliance permanently inserted internally in the instep area of the shoe and designed to provide additional protection to the instep area. Meets or exceeds the ASTM F2413-05 standard for Metatarsal footwear.

I chose this shoe because it had great reviews and I wanted a light shoe, the composite toe made this possible. Another reason I chose this shoe is because it is offered in an "E" width and not many shoes accommodate people like me that have Fred Flintstone feet. I walk a large shop with concrete floors and at days end my feet and joints feel great! I'm truly pleased I made this purchase.

I work 12 hour days on concrete floors, steel grating, and climbing ladders. These work boots are very comfortable and my feet never hurt. There are no steel shanks in them so I can walk through the metal detectors without having to take them off. Thank you for a great product!

I am not really a fan of buying online, but I gave it a whirl and these are the best work boots I have ever had! Lightweight and comfortable, they are a perfect fit. I have worn them for about a month now and I have no complaints.

I had a very similar boot that finally bit the dust. This one was a little different than the previous boot, and from the picture. I hope it is an upgrade. It is a great work boot, and the steel toes are old hat. This new type toe works great.

I bought this item because I owned a previous work boot from Converse that I was extremely satisfied with but I had finally worn out. These boots are even better than the last. The composite toe means they aren't as heavy as the previous steel toed boots were which is a plus. The boots themselves are comfortable as can be. I really don't feel like I am wearing boots when I wear them yet they have the strength and protection factor I look for in a work boot.
Wears this shoe: Mowing the lawn and performing other heavy duty housework.
