I find Converse Chuck Taylors most comfortable to wear. They are my favorite shoe type for walking about the city, for dancing, and for just looking great with most anything I wear. I have several pairs in different colors that add to the intrigue of what I wear. With the breathability of canvas, you can't go wrong and I definitely recommend not one, but multiple pairs in your favorite colors!

Oh, where to begin... These are by far the most value you can get for $45. These shoes go with everything, look awesome, and are priced very reasonably. They look a little too big in length in size 11.5 but other than that, they're great.
