OGIO Midtown Messenger Bag|

This bag has been exactly what I needed. It is big enough to carry my company-issued-brick-of-a-laptop, files and my wallet (not to mention my diet coke). It is well made. With other bags I have found when the strap is too skinny it cuts into my shoulder when the bag is full and heavy. Not with this bag, the strap is wide enough to distribute the weight of the bag when it is loaded up with my heavy laptop. The best part of this bag is that it is professional looking without looking too masculine. I would highly recommend this bag!

Rugged, colorful luggage

I have not used this backpack, but found a use for it on my last trip. I was in the airport for 5 hours with a carry-on roller bag. I lugged that one roller bag around for all that time, then barely hoisted it to the overhead when boarding the plane. I could have used that smaller backpack instead for my books, etc., when waiting around. I have High Sierra luggage because it is more rugged for people like me, who is not the most careful person and tends to do hiking trips, etc. The matching duffel packs an AMAZING amount, especially bulky hiking boots. And I like the bright colors--easy to pick out on the luggage carousel. The new backpack will be the icing on the cake after boarding and during unexpected delays!

Nice bag, a little snug on my computer

The bag itself is really pretty great. It has lots of pockets & features designed to organize all of my stuff. The bottom pocket for the power-brick is a great feature, it's out of the way, and the cord doesn't tangle with everything else in my bag. Lots of pockets to keep my tools, widgets & business cards separate. The bag itself is very well made and looks like it will last a long time. I'm very happy in general.I should, however, have bought the bigger version of this bag, although it says my computer (Dell XPS L502X) fits the bag, the TSA pocket is really tight, & I have a hard time getting the computer out. I can only put it into the pocket in one direction. Not a fault of the bag, just of the description. The only other issue is that I have a hard time closing the bag. The hooks that hold the bag shut are awkward to insert behind the straps that hold them, there isn't enough slack built in to let them slide under easily. This, combined with the tight TSA pocket means I probably will walk around with my computer unsecured more often that I should.
Comfortable work bag!

I haven't owned this bag for too long, but very glad I found it. I had been looking for a work bag for years! Great price point and the leather is soft. After switching from one of those far too long generic laptop bags this bag is quite comfortable. The functionality is great for work. The reason I gave this bag a 4 out of 5 is because its not quite large enough to accommodate a change of clothes and a few essentials - as emergency in case of flight delays etc.

I purchased this for my son who is in law school. He loved the bag and the amount of room inside for books and a laptop. Perfect for a young professional. Also purchased the matching rolling tote. The colors match perfectly.
