Well, I purchased these shoes in black. When my jeans cover the top of the boot they look like orthopedic shoes. I really regret spending so much on these boots.

I have all kinds of boots but these are the most comfortable, attractive and cozy I have ever purchased. I wear them with jeans tucked in, pants out, with dresses and skirts, and always receive compliments. I love these boots! Am highly tempted to get them in black as well!
