I bought this shoe about 1 month ago to wear with my bridesmaid dress. I was a bit nervous because I NEVER wear heels. I was hoping that the ankle strap would make me feel more secure- and it did! The heel wasn't too high, and not once- even during dancing at the reception- did I feel like I was going to topple over. Is the shoe comfortable? It depends on how long you're wearing it for- I was ok (walking down the aisle, posing for pics, etc), for the first few hours (approximately 3 1/2). Worn longer than that might cause some discomfort to those like me, who are not used to wearing heels. The material is very soft, so my toes were comfortable- even in the spot where the knot is. My toes didn't feel smashed together, so I didn't have to run and do the 'Get Me Out of These Uncomfortable Shoes' dance. Just a note of caution: This shoe has a VERY smooth surface at the bottom- I found this out at the rehearsal and just made it a point to walk carefully so that I would not slide. Overall, I think it's a great shoe!

I was very pleased with the shoes. They were true to size and I was quite pleased with how well the color complimented my IVORY wedding gown. Thanks! They look beautiful and I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day! I'm getting married in Hawaii, in a lovely garden & waterfall setting. There was a seem right where the ball of your foot pressed down on the shoe. Very uncomfortable. Felt it all night long.
