Great alternative to Roller and Shoulder Bag
January 23, 2008
Reviewer: Dee from Los Angeles
I am amazed at how well all of my files and computer fit into this bags. The compartments are well organized. I also really like the way I can use it as a shoulder bag if I am going a short distance. I commute daily and travel a great deal. I bought this bag to avoid the shoulder and back aches I was getting especially when I travel. It works great, fitting under the seat even on the commuter train. My roller bag had to be in the aisle as it didn't fit under the seat. I would definitely recommend this bag who is looking for an efficient sturdy good looking professional bag. Did I forget to mention how professional it looks? The quality of the leather is great, but durable.

I bought the backpack because my I travel a lot and the shoulder strap of my computer bag was causing me a lot of shoulder pain. I was looking for something that looked professional, that was not made out of canvas and would hold a normal size laptop. I also was concerned with size, since I frequently travel by plane. I wanted to make sure it would easily fit in the overhead bins or under the seat. Another key feature I was looking for was accessibility and storage. This bag meets all of my criteria. My compuiter is a perfect fit and is well protected. The quality of the bag is top-notch and has a front pocket that is perfect for wireless cards, and tokens, and has multiple slots for ink pens. The bag is very professional looking. It has easy access to both sides of the bag, and the bag comes with the option of converting it to a shoulder bag as well as a back pack. The bag has pockets built into both sides that can easily hold multiple spiral notebooks as well as plenty of room for power cords, head phones and other computer accessories. I would highly recommend this bag.
Clava 3328 Laptop Backback

I have recently begun traveling on airplanes frequently for business. The Clava Laptop Backback so far has been wonderful. It is well designed, roomy, seems very well constructed and is comfortable to wear on my back. A backpack is turning out to be much easier to carry than either my over the shoulder totes, or wheeled brief case - particularly in the narrow isles of aircraft - no more bashing into seats and other people. Elevator and escalator navigation is also much easier. Best of all it looks professional, not like I should be out backpacking.

Clava 3328 Laptop Backpack

The briefcase/backpack is very nice looking and professional and seems sturdy. It is not too large for a woman, will also work for a man, yet has a decent capacity for 17 in laptop, files, books and has pockets for powercord, loose items, business cards, pens, etc. For me it is the perfect solution for someone who occasionally walks long distances but also needs a very professional briefcase for business trips. The backpack is comfortable enough for 1-2 mile walks but don't expect the comfort of a regular backpack with waist support. The backpack easily converts to a briefcase with sholder strap. The backpack straps are permanenetly attached and are conveniently hidden in a mesh holder on the back of the pack when not in use. The only somewhat annoying feature is that whatever material is between the leather and inner lining is noisy and sounds like crumply paper, although I assume it is something more substantial. However, this is not that noticible, especially when one is walking. All in all a very good product.
