I bought this shoe for my mother to wear at my daughter's wedding. She recently broke her hip and one foot was swollen. There is velcro in front and back so I was able to make one shoe wider than the other. It's very cushioned. I thought it was worth a try because of the great reviews everyone else gave it, and I see why. I think the little twist of the leather gives it nice style. Overall, a nice purchase.
Wears this shoe: For dressy occasions.

I loved the Mephisto Varia sandal, but it isn't being made anymore. After searching for a year, I found Clark's Sarasota. It is perfect -- fully adjustable and comfortable as well as attractive. It's my new wear-everywhere summer shoe!
