Still alive after all these years. January 10, 2013 Reviewer: babyboomer from SW Virginia Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I, like some of the other reviewers, wore these in the 60's and loved them for their comfort, quality and durability. Their was only one problem with them (this is why I only gave 4 stars) and that is the crepe sole is very slippery when standing on wet cement. Rainwater makes sidewalks feel like a skating rink when I wear these, so I only wear them on dry days. Other than that, they are wonderful. Clarks brand has been around forever and have always been a trustworthy name. Wears this shoe: Casual with blue jeans only, which is a lot.

Wallabees - oldies but goodies December 10, 2012 Reviewer: DVD from Barrington, IL Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked I wore Clark's Wallabees in the 60's because they were durable and inexpensive. They are still that, but wearing them for only a few days has relieved foot pain (metatarsalgia) I have had for several months. I was worried that they would look like orthopedic shoes but they don't. They may not be the most stylish shoe but they have a handsome retro allure - you can wear them with jeans any time and they passable with casual business attire. Great value. Wears this shoe: At work and at home on weekends.

Long time ago November 29, 2012 Reviewer: Jeph from Topeka, Ks. Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I wore these Shoes/boots when I was a teen, back in the late 60's and early 70's. Still wear 'em. Loved them then, and still love them. Style, comfort, etc.. They make me look really cool when I wear them and the chicks dig 'em also. Too bad I'm an old dude now, so they don't do much good in that department. Oh well. Still love my boots. Wears this shoe: Monday thru Friday.
