I tried these on in a store size 9. The felt like cushy pillows! However, they were clearance shoes and a bit marked up. I was excited to find them on Shoebuy.com! I ordered a 9. They came in a timely manner, packaged well, and were beautiful. However, after I wore them for a day it felt like my toes were crunched up into the toe. SO no cushy pillow effect after that. Im really disappointed, I was so looking forward to using these regularly. I think a 9 1/2 would have worked out better.

These are terrifically comfy! Purchased 1/2 size larger to accommodate orthotics and they are still roomy enough not to smush my feet! Well made; seems like these will last a long time. Well worth it!

I wear an 8N or AA and ordered the 8N. The length is fine. The width is a bit wide but, that being said, it still works. My heel doesn't slip, it just doesn't hug my foot the way I like. But, since I'm having a terrible time finding shoes that are a true narrow, I am keeping them and making them work. Got them in black and brown. The brown is a pretty caramel color.
Wears this shoe: To work under suits or with slacks; weekends with jeans.

The fit is very loose in the ankle area so that my foot does not feel anchored or supported at all in the boot. The style and quality of the boot is nice, but the fit is strange, and I wish I would have returned them.
