black and brown perfect but the blue is defective ,the left shoe is shorter at the top to toe I tried several pairs of blue and Clarks should know about this.

I rarely wear pumps because they rub against my heels and give me blisters. These didn't rub, are the wide width I need and a sensible heel. Yet, they don't look old ladyish.Very pleased, ending up getting black, blue and brown. I'm set.

I've yet to be disappointed in a Clark's shoe and this one is no exception. From the first time I put them on, they were pure comfort. The padding inside the shoe makes walking a pleasure, nothing rubs or binds. They look great with pants or skirts & fit our professional casual work environment.
