Clarks are NARROW, and I love them for that! When they say "narrow," they mean it. When I order an open-heel shoe (slip-on), I can buy a 1/2-size smaller and get the ultra narrow that I need. Clarks ALSO have fabulous support--no pain--just go, go, go.

I've worn Clarks mules for many years. My feet are wide at the toes (bunions) and very narrow in the heels, which makes an open-backed shoe perfect for me. The leather uppers are essential for comfort.This shoe is as comfortable as the other Clarks shoes I've ordered in the past. So far I've bought three pairs of this Ruthie Anna style.Ruthie Anna has been very, very durable. The sizing is not true in this style. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 but, in this style, an 8.5W fits perfectly.Clarks, keep up the good work. Some of us rely on your mules.

These shoes are so comfortable. Took these shoes out of the box, put them on and went shopping for the afternoon and felt like I was wearing a pair of slippers! I went home and ordered another pair. The fit was perfect.
