I needed a pair of dressier summer sandals. The Joli Ruffle is a very pretty shoe. The gold color is not too bright, it's actually neutral and will match a variety of outfits. It is a little loose on the forefoot and I have a medium foot. The foot bed is comfortable, although I would not recommend the shoes for walking lon distances or prolonged standing. It would not be supportive enough.
