I am on my feet 8 hours a day. I had heel pain and knee pain. Since I started wearing Cherokee achiever no pain.They are a great shoe if you have to stand all day.

I absolutely love the achiever. It took some adjustment to walking on the soles as it adjusted to my foot. After the adjustment period, I couldn't imagine wearing any other shoe for my nursing job. I have planter facitice. All other shoes feel comfortable at first, but then hurt my feet after hours of walking. The achiever feels comfortable from start to finish even after 12 hours of work.
