I had a bit of an issue with the "pull straps this way and that way" to loosen, tighten, and make the shoe fit, but once I figured out the instructions, the shoes fit beautifully and are a cinch to slip on and off!
Wears this shoe: Bought them for a bareboat saililng trip, but am wearing them everywhere!

I now have 4 pairs of Chaco's because of the arch support. Even though they are casual styling I wear them to the office and church because I'm desperate for arch support. I like the strap system because it customizes to my thin feet. Most stores do not carry my small size in anything much less with arch support.

If you generally like strong comfort and need a high arch support, these are the sandals for you. I already own some, just bought another pair because they were on sale and a great buy. The thick sole lasts forever. They only come in even sizes - i usually wear an 8 1/2 but the 8 Chaco fits fine.
Wears this shoe: long walks, hanging around. For comfort! very casual.
