The Chaco footbed is as described by the manufacturer. They are heavy for a flip-flop, but that is excusable when they are this much more comfortable than previous flip-flops.

I was looking for an all around flip-flop that could stand up to a little of everything (water,sand,daily wear). Chaco has a wonderful reputation for the comfort and durability of their sandals and my hope was that it would carry over into its Flips. I have not been disappointed. Great right out of the box. The contoured foodbed is a wonderful improvement over flat traditional flip-flops.

I wanted a thong that wouldn't collapse and cause posture problems. This one fits the bill. It is heavy and since it is a flip flop that's a big minus.
