This casual everyday shoe features all the fit and comfort of a Chaco sandal. It features a Vibram® Gunnison outsole for traction on varied terrain.

Fit: This style is available in whole sizes only and tends to run large. If you normally order a 1/2 size it is recommended that you order the next full size down. For example, if you normally purchase a size 6 1/2 we recommend purchasing a size 6.

I adore Chaco shoes & have many pairs. I was so surprised at the bizarre sizing of these shoes: at a 9.5, they should have been right on & instead there was a full inch of sole behind my heel. They were unwearable, so I had to send them back.

These look great but they are so heavy and awkward that they are just not comfortable. I was excited to get them since Chacos are so supportive that I don't need to worry about putting in my inserts, but these are not nearly as good as the sandals.

I absolutely love my Chaco Flips, & this shoe, the Devotee, looks fun, funky, & comfortable in the photos, but it does not measure up to the Flip in any way in fit or comfort. Even though the foot bed is the same design as the Flip, it was a full size larger than what I normally wear. I then ordered it again in a 1/2 size smaller (still too large) & full size smaller (it fit, but only if I didn't move).This shoe is incredibly heavy & its design prevents it from being secured to the foot... the heel straps are made of the same webbing as the Flip, with no stretch & no way to tighten or loosen them. The top of the shoe is open because of the Mary Jane / ballet style; this design combined with the shoe's weight & the non-functional heel straps allowed my foot to come right out of the shoe with the first step I took. The only way I think it would have stayed on my foot would be to wear the shoe a 1/2 size too small, which would cram my toes into the toe box & cause that rigid heel strap to compress the Achilles tendon. No thanks!
