The Torsion HI Waterproof from Caterpillar is a high top work boot/work shoe hybrid that features a steel shank with cement construction. This boot is rated ASTM F2413-05 for protection from electrical hazards of up to 600 volts and features a steel safety toe that is rated the highest for strength against impact and compression. The lining is a nylon mesh which allows for foot breathability and the sock liner is made of Poliyou®. The midsole features EVA cushioning for a more personal fit. The outsole is made from T840 molded rubber to reduce the risk of slips and falls. This shoe is guaranteed waterproof by using seam sealing waterproof liners.

Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked
I thought the shoes are excellent other than I felt a half size larger than marked. But given construction guys have larger hands and feet, I think it's reasonable for the shoes to be a little bigger. I haven't really tested them on a big rainy day, but have come across a couple of days with light showers and didn't feel a bit wet inside my shoes.
