I have worn these boots for the last 10 years. I needed a new pair, and I ordered them. The product was not a return or "slightly worn" product - it was good quality.

I'm a home improvement enthusiast, and do a lot of heavy remodeling work on my house. I bought these work boots to replace a pair of Timberlands I owned that fell apart after many years. These CATS look great, and are very rugged, and well built. For the price, you will be hard pressed to find more bang for your buck. These boots definitely run on the large side. I normally wear a 10.5, and I had to exchange those because they were way too big. Shoebuy.com handled the exchange great - no problems. I went with a size 10, and they're still a half size too big I think, but they're close enough so I'm keeping the 10's. They also feel a bit wide, and I take regular width. Overall comfort is ok - not great - the sole padding feels a little thin/hard, although I could probably put in some aftermarket insoles to make them better. If I had to do a lot of walking in my work boots, I would consider a different boot. Despite the negatives, I still love these boots for their look, quality, toughness, and value.

My fiance just loved the shoes. He said it felt a bit heavy but it's perfect for his job. I ordered a size larger than his normal shoe size and it still fit comfortably. The only problem is that it got scuff marks quite early.
