I was pleased to find a Caterpillar boot that didn't look like a work boot! I really like the looks of the Jodie (more professional) and it offers a great alternative to my steel-toed boots when I work in the office. Having a small foot though, I found this boot to fit larger and I have had to put insoles in the toe to make up the difference. If they came smaller than a 5, I would have ordered 1/2 - 1 size down and that might make them a bit more comfortable (the insoles help with cushioning on the toe). Other than that, they have good grip in a snowy climate.
