Don't let the picture fool you i was surprised at the overall ruggedness and weight of these boots. They are a bit overkill for me personally seeing as how i work in a warehouse, but once broken in (which took about 2 weeks, they are very thick soled and solidly built) they feel amazing, very comfortable....as far as steel toes are concerned. The laces never untie themselves, which was a problem with my last pair of steeltoes, overall an awesome boot, that i will probably be around longer than i am .
