Lace into all-day comfort in these handsome, leather shoes. A nylon mesh fabric lining keeps air circulating around your foot while the removable EVA footbed absorbs the shock of each step you take. Features a rubber outsole for flexibility and added comfort. Steel toe meets or exceeds the compression and impact testing rating of 1-75 and will absorb up to 75 lbs. of impact.

The fit is great and I like the look. It looks like the dress shoe I wore before but it's compliant with our safety policy. Actually it fits better than my dress shoe. The shipment was quick. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

I bought this shoe because I was being temporarily assigned to an aircraft repair environment from my normal logistics support job. The shoe feels great, meets all the safety specifications, and is stylish to boot! I even received some great comments about the look and style from someone in the office I would have least expected! I would definitely recommend this shoe to others and wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair like this when the time comes. Some might say it's somewhat heavy, which is not a real issue for me. At the end of the day when I put on my running shoes, it feels like I'm walking on air. In other words, the Carolina Plain Toe Oxford's even provide a health and fitness benefit!
