This sleek, rugged boot design features a Waterproof leather upper with tan contrast welt. Cambrelle lined. 100% waterproof membrane. Non-insulated. EVA insole with DRYZ® footbed absorb moisture and molecularly converts it into a dry gel within the insole of the shoe keeping your feet dry. Steel shank. 1 piece rubber lug outsole.

I am very satisfied with this shoe. I use them daily for my outdoor work, and they are well suited for yard work and working in the woods on sloped land and steep surfaces.

After a recent ankle injury I needed a knock-about boot that went above the ankle. Out of the box the Logger felt like a no thrills boot. Seems to be put together ok and once worn in (which was quite fast) it does seem to fit a little better around the foot and lower leg. Easy to lace in a hurry for a tall boot. Good decent sole which looks like it could be replaced when worn. About the only thing I could fault about this boot would be the leather is on the soft side as far as abrasion goes, a day in the garden digging ended with some scuff marks in the leather. Other leather shoes I've had seem to have more resistance to wear than the Logger, although this softer leather could be why the shoe seemed to wear in so quickly.

I bought these boots for my boyfriend. He wears them everyday, all day. Really loves his new boots, too soon to tell if they will hold together longer than others, but so far so good.
