Made in the USA! This leather upper features Cambrelle® rugged fabric lining which has good moisture wicking capabilities, vitalize insole, and a dual density polyurethane outsole.
The Electro-Static Dissipative feature absorbs and neutralizes loose electrons, sending negative charges into the floor.
Steel toe meets or exceeds the compression and impact testing rating of 1-75 and will absorb up to 75 lbs. of impact. Electrical hazard tested to withstand applications of 14,400 volts at 60hz for one minute without leakage.

Good Shoe for after Surgery!!

I bought this shoe because I am required to wear steel toed shoes for my job. I have to have very wide shoes as I had pins put in both of my feet due to a recent surgery. I am on my feet 12 to 14 hours per day. These shoes were the only ones that were wide enough, the steel could not be felt on my toes and had enough padding. I still had to have my orthopedic refit into the shoe and a slight modification but only due to my feet and not the shoe. The shoe is incredible for a steel toe! I can be on my feet for 14 hours and I feel like I was in a tennis shoe. I would highly recommend this shoe for any woman needing a wider shoe for work. AWESOME!

I have to wear steel toe shoes for my job. I wanted a shoe that looks good (being a woman that is important), and more so, it has to be comfortable. I have to wear orthodics in my shoes so they need to fit well. I really like my new Carolinas. They support my feet well and are extremely comfortable. I don't even notice that they have steel toes. They are not heavy like most work shoes.
Wears this shoe: I wear my shoes Monday - Friday from 3pm - 11pm.

One of my feet is considerably wider than the other so I need an WW shoe. I, also, need womens steel toed shoes for my job. This is a difficult combination to find. After 3 failed shoe buying experiences in my hometown I found these terrific work shoes. Not only are they great looking but they are comfortable. My orthotics replaced the removeable insert which was an added bonus. I am on my feet 8 hours a day so comfort and room for the orthotics was necessary. I am very happy with my purchase.
