Very stylish, comfortable boot. I bought them because my work commute consists of a lot of walking. I also wanted a tall, flat boot to wear with skinny pants and leggings. The shaft is 19" - they come up over the knee. Fortunately, the leather is very flexible, so they remain comfortable while sitting or walking. The stud detail and buckles add interest without looking gaudy.
Wears this shoe: To work with skirts, with jeans and leggings for play

I really like these boots, the leather and studding detail on the side is nice. The only problem I have with them is the side zipper. It would have looked and worn better if it ran up the back of the boot.
